I Have been working as an independent contractor under this company assisting with the following:

  • Design, Planning and Implementation of food safety standards, FSA ISO22000:2015, ISO22716:2007, Global GAP (Good Agricultural Practices), SMETA audits etc.

  • Extensive knowledge with regards to ISO 9001:2015 as majority of the ISO standards are based on this standard.

  • Operational Process risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Current Client Serviced: Wensleydale farms, Owner: Ms Magapa-Phaweni. Work being carried out: I’m currently get the Farm audit ready for FSA, Ceres organic certification, Global GAP audits, Kosher and Halal certification including Woolworths IBL food safety audits.
